Jocelyn holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Management and a Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering & Economics from Northwestern University in Evanston, IL.

As Head of Operations, she streamlined processes, enhanced efficiency, and elevated patient care quality. Melissa’s diverse career spans academic institutions and cutting-edge research facilities, contributing to groundbreaking medical discoveries. Her strategic vision and leadership skills bridge clinical practice and research, positioning her as a thought leader in healthcare. Melissa holds a Master of Science in Nursing degree from Duke University.

Carrie Melvin is currently the SVP of Clinical Operations and Medical Writing at Stemline Therapeutics. Prior to Stemline, she was the COO at Viridian Therapeutics. Carrie has been in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry for well over 20 years, beginning her career at Pfizer as a Clinical Study Associate. She has taken on roles with increased responsibilities at various companies throughout her career. When not working, Carrie enjoys spending time with friends and family.
