Her strategic vision and leadership skills bridge clinical practice and research, positioning her as a thought leader in healthcare. Melissa holds a Master of Science in Nursing degree from Duke University.

Carrie has been in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry for well over 20 years, beginning her career at Pfizer as a Clinical Study Associate. She has taken on roles with increased responsibilities at various companies throughout her career. When not working, Carrie enjoys spending time with friends and family.
